Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Fleet Management)
Part of AfMA’s Charter is to promote Fleet Management as a profession. In doing so, the Association has developed a Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Fleet Management) with Swinburne University.
The Graduate Certificate is the first postgraduate qualification offered in this industry sector. Consisting of 4 units, delivered online, the course is nationally recognised and on completion will provide a pathway into a Master of Business Management (MBM).
Entry is available to people with four years relevant business experience or an approved undergraduate degree or advanced diploma. Existing members may add a Student Member to their membership. To do so, please contact the AfMA office directly.

We understand the pressures that Fleet Managers and their organisations come under, so we offer a number of scholarships to assist with the financing of studies in the Graduate Certificate Program.
Ten scholarships of $3,233 each will be provided by AfMA for students beginning the course in the 2017 Academic Year.
Seminars & Conferences
AfMA offers a series of seminars across Australia as well as an annual two day National Fleet Conference & Exhibition. With a wide range of practical and relevant topics, these events promote the sharing of ideas and knowledge in an informal learning environment.
Best Practice Programs
In assisting Fleet Management professionals in adopting best practise, two program's have been developed, each of which includes a ‘How To Guide’.
The ‘Safer Motoring’ and ‘Greener Motoring’ How To Guides are available free of charge to AfMA Members and contain a set of policies and procedures which can be easily adapted to fit an organisation’s own Fleet Safety and Fleet Environment plan.
These guides fit into a wider program designed to assist Members with the adoption of best practice across all aspect of their Fleet operations.
